A new type taping for a water storage vessel or piping is presented, in which water leakage is isolated automatically by its self-repairing mechanism against holes. The self-repairing unit (sealant layer) is consisting of three pieces of net with lattices inside. Polymer particles, which expand their volume with water, is used for having self-repairing forces.
